Qualifications

• Board certified or willing to become board certified.
• Unencumbered DEA and clean criminal background.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Green Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and review patient histories.
• Create personalized treatment plans including dTMS and ketamine therapy.
• Prescribe and manage medications for mental health conditions.
