Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Estrella, AZ is seeking an Interventional Psychiatrist to join a fast-growing, physician-owned practice with a high emphasis on outcomes and patient focus.

Outpatient only with zero call responsibility, 4- or 5-day weeks, and 90% paid premiums for family health coverage. Paid training for Brainsway Deep TMS certification and total compensation over $500,000 annually. Board eligibility and US licensure required.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or ABPN certified.
• Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the state of the clinic location.
• Unencumbered DEA registration.
• Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventional psychiatry treatments (e.g., TMS, ketamine infusion) and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide patient-focused care.
• Ensure patient safety, documentation, and compliance with licenses and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
