Qualifications

• Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the corresponding state of the clinic location
• Unencumbered DEA / clean criminal background
• Must be a United States citizen or hold a Green Card
