Call is not required, with office hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Requirements include ACLS, BLS, board certification or eligibility, residency in Anesthesiology or PM&R, and an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship (ACGME).

Qualifications

• Board-certified interventional pain physician with ACGME fellowship.
• Licensed medical doctor (MD/DO) eligible to practice in Florida.
• Completion of Anesthesiology or PM&R residency with fellowship in interventional pain medicine.
