Job summary

HealthCare Recruitment Counselors seeks an Interventional Pain Management Physician (PM&R/Anesthesiology) to join our busy Salisbury, MD team full-time. The role covers Salisbury and potential Easton satellite duties with a focus on evidence-based interventional pain care and comprehensive patient management.

Compensation starts at $415k–$460k with potential to exceed $575k, plus full benefits and growth opportunities within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in PM&R or Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management.
• MD or DO with current Maryland medical license.

Responsibilities

• Patient exam/evaluation including medical history and relevant imaging/studies.
• Direct patient care with diagnoses and treatment plans for a range of pain types and conditions.
• Perform interventional pain procedures as medically necessary.
• Coordinate referrals for imaging and consultations with other specialties.
• Regularly reassess patients to determine effectiveness and progress.
• Educate patients about diagnosis, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients and other team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
