Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our physician-led practice in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This role offers an ASC equity opportunity from Day 1 and a pathway to long-term ownership within the ambulatory surgical center.

You will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for spine and pain conditions in a collaborative outpatient environment, with a focus on evidence-based care and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship in Pain Management.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Experience performing complex minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.
• Comfortable managing patients with complex chronic pain and medication needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in ASC ownership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform complex minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.
• Manage patients requiring complex medication regimens, including appropriate opioid management.
• Provide longitudinal care and monitor patient response to treatment.
• Collaborate with APPs, clinical staff, and other physicians to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in the continued growth and development of the practice and ASC.
