Summit Spine & Joint Centers in Florence, SC, is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management physician to join our physician-led practice. You will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for acute and chronic spine and pain conditions in an outpatient setting, with equity in the ASC from Day 1.

Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• Fellowship training in Pain Management.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Experience performing complex minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.
• Comfortable managing patients with complex chronic pain and medication needs.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long‑term practice and ASC ownership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform complex, minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.
• Manage patients requiring complex medication regimens, including opioids.
• Provide longitudinal care and monitor treatment response.
• Collaborate with APPs and staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain high standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
• Support growth and ownership opportunities within the ASC.
