Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven in Queens and Long Island seeks a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join our established practice. The role splits between New Hyde Park and Richmond Hill offices, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with alternating Saturdays 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, focusing on comprehensive pain management and interventional procedures.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management.
• Active or eligible New York medical license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal, and other medical conditions affecting movement and function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s condition and goals.
• Coordinate conservative treatment options, including physical therapy and acupuncture.
• Perform injections and interventional pain-management procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work independently while collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across both office locations.
