Job summary
Aspirus St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, MN is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our interventional pain medicine team. You will manage a busy clinic, collaborate with FM/IM, PM&R and neurology, and perform ultrasound-guided injections as needed.

Qualifications
- Must have experience as an advanced practice provider.
- Preference for pain medicine experience with ultrasound-guided trigger point injections.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with no overnight or weekend call.
- Intermittent inpatient rounding and collaboration with FM/IM, PM&R, and neurology.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in pain medicine clinic (15-17 patients/day).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (FM/IM, PM&R, neurology).
- Perform ultrasound-guided injections as needed.
