Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking an Interventional Pain Management - PM&R/Anesthesiologist to join our busy Dover and Seaford DE offices. The role requires a BC/BE PM&R or Anesthesiology physician with fellowship in interventional pain management and an active DE license.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Physician in PM&R or Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management.
• MD or DO with Current/Active License in DE.

Responsibilities

• Patient exam/evaluation including medical history and imaging.
• Direct patient care with diagnoses and treatment plans for diverse pain conditions.
• Perform interventional procedures as medically necessary.
• Coordinate with Imaging and other specialties for referrals.
• Regularly reassess patients to determine progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate treatment plans with patient and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
