Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing physician-led practice in Myrtle Beach, SC—with an ASC equity opportunity available from Day 1.

This role offers industry-leading compensation with strong earning potential, 5 weeks of PTO plus dedicated CME days, and an outpatient-focused schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no hospital duties.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with pain medicine fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine.
• Experience with complex minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in ASC ownership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform complex minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.
• Manage patients with complex medication regimens, including opioid management.
• Provide longitudinal care and monitor patient response to treatment.
• Collaborate with APPs, clinical staff, and other physicians to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in the continued growth and development of the practice and ASC.
