Job summary

HCRC consulting in Augusta, GA is seeking a compassionate Pain Management Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team. The role includes in-office consultations and procedural suite responsibilities focused on comprehensive pain management to relieve pain and restore function.

This outpatient position offers strong earning potential with collaboration from a skilled support staff and established patient volume.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Pain Management, PM&R, Anesthesiology, Neurology, or related specialty.
• Active medical license in Georgia (or ability to obtain).
• DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Perform pain management procedures and injections in procedural suites.
• Order and interpret imaging, X-rays, labs, and diagnostic studies.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.
• Prescribe medications and rehabilitative services as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and pain management options.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
