Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging. The role includes venipuncture when indicated and assisting the Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases.

Candidates should have completed an approved Radiologic Technologist Program meeting MQSA guidelines, hold ARRT(M) with Texas MRT or ARMRIT, and maintain BLS certification. 1 year of work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and meets the MQSA guidelines.
• Current ARRT(M) with Texas MRT certification, or ARMRIT.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• 1 year work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging.
• Assist Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases, including venipuncture when indicated.
