Job summary

Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City is seeking an Interventional Resource Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. The role follows Mercy Service Standards and requires clinical decision-making based on theory and standards.

Required: graduation from an accredited RN program and active RN licensure in the hiring state or compact; 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Preferred 2 years of critical-care and ≥6 months of GI endoscopy experience.
• Current BLS certification; other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care in accordance with nursing standards and Mercy Service Standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in adult/geriatric/pediatric patients.
