City of Hope Phoenix seeks an outstanding Board-Certified Interventional Gastroenterologist to join our renowned cancer center. This position offers a faculty appointment with academic rank commensurate with experience and a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

You will build and grow your practice with support from a top cancer center in the US, perform interventional GI procedures, and participate in clinical and translational research with City of Hope and TGen.

Qualifications

City of Hope Phoenix (Goodyear, AZ), a leading network of cancer hospitals and outpatient centers, is seeking an outstanding Board-Certified Interventional Gastroenterologist , to join our esteemed team. We offer a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to transforming healthcare by integrating cutting-edge research and compassionate care.

Position Highlights:

• Ability to create and grow your practice through outreach while having the support of a top 10 cancer center in the US.

• 12-15 clinic patients per day.

• Freestanding 38 bed cancer hospital, with newly remodeled surgical suites.

• Collaborate with top-tier oncologists and specialists, using a multidisciplinary approach to provide exceptional patient care.

• City of Hope faculty appointment. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.

• Opportunity to engage in clinical and translational research while collaborating with cutting-edge faculty at TGen, City of Hope's genomics research center in downtown Phoenix. Qualified faculty may be eligible for joint appointments, and candidates with funded research programs are strongly encouraged to apply and contribute to the broader City of Hope-TGen research enterprise.

We offer a full spectrum of surgery, radiation, systemic therapies and of relevance to this position, interventional oncology procedures led by our innovative interventional GI program. Our clinical specialists treat all major and rare cancers with great attention to optimizing patients' quality of life using multiple evidence-based clinical resources, treatments, and technology.

Competitive Compensation:

Includes a highly competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistance and productivity/performance incentives. Actual compensation will be adjusted for specialty, experience, training, hospital/community needs and other factors.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

• Must have or be eligible to obtain Arizona Medical License prior to starting date

• Successful completion of an Advanced Endoscopy/Advanced GI Fellowship is required.
