Job summary

Locum Tenens assignment for an Interventional/Diagnostic Radiologist in West Virginia. On-site weekday coverage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no call.

Procedures include CT, MRI, US, NM, X-ray reads and light interventional work such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, drainages, and fine-needle biopsies. ABR/ABOR board certification negotiable; active WV license preferred.

Qualifications

• Diagnostic radiology coverage for inpatient and clinic settings.
• Interventional radiology procedures constitute ~20% of workload.
• ABR/ABOR board certification preferred or negotiable; WV license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read diagnostic images across CT, MRI, US, NM, X-ray with 80% diagnostic workload.
• Perform light IR procedures (paracentesis, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, drainages, FNAs) as needed.
• Cover Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on-site with no call requirements.
