Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join the Cardiac Catheterization department. The role involves caring for inpatients and outpatients, following physician orders, and documenting activities according to protocols.

Responsibilities include performing cardiac interventional and invasive procedures, maintaining equipment, and responding to emergencies and transports as required. On-call weekends and weeknights are required.

Qualifications

• BCLS required at time of hire.
• ACLS certification required within two years of hire.
• RTR or RCIS credentials required.
• State licensure by NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an interventional lab.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties in cardiac interventional and invasive procedures.
• Ensures equipment is in good working order and maintained per specs.
• Adheres to maintenance guidelines and biomedical department requirements.
• Responds to emergencies and patient transports as needed.
