Aura Health is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to lead and grow the cath lab program in a supportive Anchorage-area hospital. You will perform PCI and help develop coronary CTA and hybrid lab capabilities, collaborating with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Must have PCI experience.
• Peripherals, devices, and TEE skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional cardiology services, participate in growing cath lab services, and perform PCI procedures.
• Support development of coronary CTA and hybrid labs within the hospital.
• Engage in outreach clinics and collaborate with cath lab and echo staff; light on-call duties.

Role:

Interventional Cardiologist responsible for growing and managing the cath lab program in a supportive hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

Participate in expanding cath lab services, perform PCI procedures, and contribute to the development of coronary CTA and hybrid labs. Support peripheral, device, and TEE procedures as needed. Engage in outreach clinics and collaborate with a skilled team of cath lab and echo staff. Opportunity to be involved in wound care clinics for PAD and vein disease.

Must have PCI experience; peripherals, devices, and TEE skills are advantageous. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.

Key Duties:

Provide interventional cardiology services, support hospital expansion efforts, and participate in a growing community’s healthcare needs. Light call duties with excellent hospitalist and intensivist support.
