Boston Scientific seeks an Interventional Solutions Clinical Specialist in South Houston, TX to provide clinical expertise, education and procedural support across the Interventional Solutions portfolio. In this field-based role, you will partner with customers and internal teams to promote clinical adoption and improve patient outcomes through innovative coronary therapies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical device sales, healthcare, a clinical setting or related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support regional clinical, sales and service strategies to improve customer experience and drive product adoption.
• Provide case coverage, product support, and basic troubleshooting.
• Offer procedural support during coronary interventions and assist physicians with product use.
• Educate physicians, nurses and staff on safe and effective product use.
• Build relationships with physicians, catheterization lab staff and stakeholders.
• Support product launches and specialty technologies with training and education.
• Address customer questions and product concerns with internal partners for timely solutions.
• Manage consignment inventory, tracking, audits, returns and expired product handling.
• Ensure timely procedural documentation and clinical reporting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain residence within the territory and travel as required.
