Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. seeks an Interventional Cardiologist to diagnose and treat cardiovascular and peripheral artery disease in both inpatient and outpatient settings within Southeast New Mexico. The clinic provides advanced imaging and testing capabilities, including Lab, Nuclear Medicine, Treadmill, Echo, and Ultrasound.

The role includes call coverage and a stable M-F schedule; NM licensure is required, with eligibility for a full-time position in a hospital network.

Qualifications

• M.D. degree in medicine.
• Completion of 3-year residency in Internal Medicine.
• Completion of 3-year fellowship in Cardiology.
• 1–2 year additional Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology.
• New Mexico license to practice medicine.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat cardiovascular and peripheral artery disease in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide call coverage: 10 days per month for local hospitals.
• Outpatient clinic offers state-of-the-art Laboratory, Nuclear Medicine, Treadmill, Echo, and Ultrasound capabilities.
