Job summary

CT Assist is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for locum assignments in Arizona. Dates span Jan–Dec 2027, with five-day workweeks and day shifts. Cerner is used for electronic medical records, and patient cases are predominantly 60+ with STEMI and cardiology consults.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., covering STEMI, TEEs, and hospital consults with no CT back-up. This role emphasizes patient care across busy hospital services.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in Arizona.
• Board certified in cardiology and interventional cardiology.
• Experience with STEMI and cath lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform STEMI activations and cardiology consults.
• Conduct TEEs (1-2 per day) and catheterizations.
• Coordinate with hospital teams for patient care.
