Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is a locum tenens specialist offering ongoing cardiology assignments with extension potential. You’ll treat about 16 patients per day in a hybrid inpatient/outpatient setting.

This role requires STEMI management and complex PCI procedures, with board certification in interventional cardiology. Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• Board certification in interventional cardiology required.
• Experience with STEMI management and PCI procedures preferred.
• Ability to provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology consults.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative cardiology services.
• Manage STEMI cases and perform PCI procedures as needed.
• Provide ongoing coverage with responsive support for scheduling.
