Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity, Hartford Connecticut

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a full time BC/BE Interventional Cardiology physician to join their team at the Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute of Connecticut, part of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut.

This is an exceptional opportunity to utilize your advanced diagnostic and interventional management experience to provide treatment solutions and interventions for patients with cardiac and peripheral vascular disease.

Join a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary team of advanced heart-failure specialists, electrophysiologists, interventionalists, invasive and noninvasive cardiologists, advanced imaging and structural heart specialists, cardiac/cardiothoracic surgeons, advanced practitioners, and nurses who are dedicated to providing unrivaled cardiac care at one of New Englands highest-volume cardiovascular institutes.

As a member of the Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute team, you will be joining a robust Cardiac Surgery and Structural program, with access to 3 state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Labs and a hybrid Interventional room.

As a member of the larger Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group, you will have a robust referral network, including PCPs, private cardiologists, and vascular surgery groups seeking your expertise to develop a regional center of excellence for cardiovascular interventions.

The successful candidate should be:

• Board Eligible/Certified in Cardiology and fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology. Peripheral skills are strongly desired.
• CT state physician licensed
• Trained at a US ACGME Residency

The successful candidate will also:

• Hold an academic appointment if desired at University of Connecticut School of Medicine and the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University.
