Emerald Coast Cardiovascular Group in Florida is seeking two full-time Interventional Cardiologists to join an established team serving Destin, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, and Crestview.

The role includes coronary and peripheral interventions, inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations, and a full spectrum of cardiovascular services. The practice emphasizes teamwork, quality outcomes, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and Florida licensure eligible.
• Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease required.
• Interventional Cardiology certification or eligibility required.
• Familiarity with extensive coronary and peripheral interventions preferred.
• Completion of Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional training programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform coronary angiography and PCI as part of interventional care.
• Conduct complex coronary and peripheral vascular interventions.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations.
• Interpret ECGs, echocardiography, and stress testing.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, APPs, nurses, and staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Share STEMI and general cardiology call responsibilities (1:5 rotation).

Interventional Cardiologist

Emerald Coast, Florida

Position Overview

A growing physician-led cardiovascular practice in Okaloosa County Florida is seeking two full-time Interventional Cardiologists to join its established team serving patients throughout Destin, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, and Crestview.

Key responsibilities/services include:

• Coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
• Complex coronary interventions
• Peripheral vascular interventions
• Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations
• General cardiology services including ECG interpretation, echocardiography, and stress testing
• Preventive cardiology and longitudinal cardiovascular care

The physician will work closely with fellow cardiologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care throughout the region.

Shared STEMI and general cardiology call responsibilities are divided equally among the physician team with a 1:5 call rotation.
