Job summary

UNC Health in Kinston, North Carolina, seeks a Board Eligible/Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist to join UNC Cardiology at Kinston. Employed, full-time with a growing program, a new cath lab, and potential expansion of interventional services.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required or board eligible.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCI and participate in future growth of STEMI coverage, peripheral and structural heart services.
• Balance interventional procedures with non-invasive cardiology as needed.
• Participate in clinic, inpatient consults, and take shared call with UNC cardiology partners.
• Contribute to program development and growth with institutional support.
• Manage patient panels with APPs and collaborate across teams.
