Job summary

WVU Heart and Vascular Institute at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV, invites an interventional cardiologist to practice general and interventional cardiology. You will teach medical students, residents, and fellows and participate in clinical research.

Occasional travel to additional sites in WV, MD, PA, OH, and VA may be required to fulfill duties, with travel expected as needed. Eligible for licensure in WV and board certification in interventional cardiology.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligible for state medical licensure.
• Completed internal medicine residency, general cardiology fellowship, and interventional fellowship.
• Board certified/eligible in interventional cardiology.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows.
• Provide clinical care in general and interventional cardiology and participate in procedures.
• Engage in clinical research and collaborate with the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute.
