Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree, or equivalent medical degree
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in Interventional Cardiology
• Eligibility for an unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Eligibility for medical staff membership and clinical privileges at Banner University Medical Center Tucson
• Current or obtainable DEA registration
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care, teamwork, professionalism, and education

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventional and general cardiovascular care across the inpatient and outpatient continuum.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures and provide appropriate pre-procedure assessment, informed consent, post-procedure management, and longitudinal follow-up.
• Partner closely with general cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology, advanced heart failure, cardiovascular surgery, imaging, hospital medicine, nursing, and advanced practice providers.
• Contribute to the education, supervision, and professional development of fellows, residents, students, and members of the cardiovascular care team.
• Support clinical quality, patient safety, appropriate utilization, peer review, and continuous-improvement efforts within the cardiovascular program.
• Participate in scholarly work, clinical investigation, programmatic growth, and service consistent with interests and assigned effort.
