Job summary

Heart & Vascular Group (HVG) in Virginia Beach, VA, seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist for a full-time role in a physician-led private practice. The position offers clinical autonomy, an established patient base, ASC/Cath lab capabilities, and significant growth potential with a pathway to partnership and equity.

Base compensation ranges from $610,000 to $650,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Fellowship in interventional cardiology is valued but not required

Responsibilities

• Practice full spectrum of interventional and general cardiovascular medicine including diagnostic catheterization, coronary and vascular interventions
• Outpatient and inpatient cardiology; imaging and longitudinal care
• Develop and expand peripheral vascular services and ambulatory surgery center activity
• Collaborate with a physician-led team and participate in growth and equity opportunities

Heart & Vascular Group (HVG) is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our established and growing private cardiovascular practice in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

This is an opportunity for a cardiologist looking for more than an employed position. Base compensation of $610,000–$650,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and scope of practice

The Clinical Opportunity

The incoming physician will practice the full spectrum of interventional and general cardiovascular medicine, including diagnostic cardiac catheterization, coronary intervention, vascular intervention, outpatient cardiology, inpatient/hospital-based cardiology, cardiovascular imaging, endovascular procedures and longitudinal cardiovascular care.

Candidates with an interest in peripheral vascular disease and intervention are particularly encouraged to apply. HVG offers the opportunity to participate in the continued growth of our vascular program and expand cardiovascular services performed in our ambulatory surgery center.

The position provides flexibility to develop a practice around the physician's clinical interests while benefiting from the infrastructure, patient population, referral relationships, and support of an established cardiovascular group.
