Position Summary

Presbyterian Hearth & Vascular program is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Interventional Cardiologist (BC/BE) to join a multidisciplinary cardiology group. This full‑time FTE 1.00 position will provide interventional cardiology services in inpatient and outpatient settings, with a weekly mix of clinic, lab, and call duties. The new cath lab will open in 2026.

Practice Highlights

• Weekly mix of clinic, lab time, and call (1:3 call ratio)
• Brand new cath lab opening 2026
• Bread‑and‑butter interventional cardiology

Responsibilities

• Provide a full spectrum of interventional cardiology services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in call rotation.
• Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen.
• Manage the physician/patient relationship.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.
• Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in‑services, and workshops.
• Perform other functions as required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Valid New Mexico Medical License.
