Job summary

Desert Cardiology and Vascular Center in Henderson, NV is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join a busy, well-established group with strong mentorship and collaborative practice. You will tailor your clinical focus based on interests while delivering high-quality care in a community-focused setting.

The role covers outpatient and inpatient duties with complex coronary/structural interventions (TAVR/PFO closure) and endovascular care, supported by a tenured team and robust referral base.

Qualifications

• Must hold NV license or be eligible for licensure.
• Board eligible or board certified in interventional cardiology.
• Experience with complex coronary/structural interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient and inpatient duties including complex coronary and high-risk procedures.
• Participate in structural heart interventions such as TAVR and PFO closure.
• Lead or participate in endovascular interventions (EVAR) and related therapies.
• Collaborate with a high-volume referral network and multidisciplinary team.

To be successful in this role, you will be a board certified or board eligible interventional cardiologist ensuringstrong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care within a busy, community-focused practice.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient and npatient duties including ability to perform/learn:
  • Complex coronary and high risk procedures (CHIP)
  • Structural heart interventions (TAVR/PFO closure)
  • Endovascular interventions (peripheral arterial/venous/endovascular aortic repair, EVAR)
  • Strong referral volume to pursue advanced cases based on your prior experience (MitraClip/Watchman)

  • Cardiology EP Lab/Open Heart Surgery Center
  • Hybrid OR to perform structural heart cases
  • On-site cardiothoracic surgical backup 24/7/365

Job Requirements

• Active or Eligible License in the state of Nevada
• Board Eligible/Board Certified

• Compensation range of $600K-$900K plus productivity structure
