Job summary

Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our established cardiology program. This hospital-employed role offers strong interventional volume and a dedicated cath lab.

The position is full-time, days, with comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage, CME allowance, relocation support, and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Eligible for or active Texas medical license.
• DEA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional cardiology procedures including cardiac catheterizations and coronary interventions.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care.
• Collaborate with cardiology, emergency medicine, and hospitalist teams.
• Participate in STEMI call coverage as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with quality and regulatory standards.
