Job summary

Essen Health Care is seeking a C-Arm Technician to perform radiographic exams for physicians and assist providers using a C-ARM. This role requires careful patient care, solid radiography knowledge, and pride in accurate image capture.

You will check equipment daily for safety, adjust exposure settings as needed, maintain records, and collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality images and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in radiology or related field preferred.
• Valid state license required.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate C-ARM fluoroscopy to capture high-quality images during procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians to position C-ARM for optimal imaging.
• Adjust exposure, contrast, and resolution to obtain diagnostic images.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols with lead aprons and shields.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality control on C-ARM equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and image archiving.
