Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead psychiatric assessment and ongoing pharmacologic management in an outpatient setting.

Applicants should be licensed and board-certified in the clinic's state; PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych is preferred, with experience in outpatient behavioral health and lifespan clients. A $5,000 hiring incentive is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings and with lifespan clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy.
• Deliver interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
