Job summary

Nash UNC Health Care is seeking a qualified Angiography Technologist to perform angiography studies under physician direction and contribute to high-quality patient care. The role requires ARRT RT(R) certification and BCLS, with preference for Cardiology Interventional Registry experience.

Onsite, 40 hours/week, day schedule. Responsibilities include image production, patient safety, equipment operation, and education of staff and students in a collaborative unit within the NGH Angiography

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Current RT(R) registration with ARRT.
• Current BCLS certification; Cardiology Interventional Registry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produces Angiography images and specialized studies.
• Administers contrasts; monitors vital signs; maintains sterile technique.
• Operates and maintains angiography equipment and related systems.
• Provides education and support to staff and students.
