Mary Washington Healthcare seeks an experienced Interventional & Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and assist physicians in sterile environments.

This position is accountable to prepare patients and perform routine interventional radiology procedures in accordance with physicians' orders and the procedure manual. The Interventional & Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist produces high quality images and prepares/presents them with appropriate comparison studies and other exam results or pertinent patient information to the Radiologist for timely interpretation. The Interventional & Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist must also assist the Radiologist while he/she performs diagnostic or therapeutic procedures in a sterile environment. Additionally, this position is also accountable to perform catheterization laboratory procedures in a timely and accurate manner in accord with physician's orders. The Interventional & Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist will assist physicians in the performance of effective patient therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Furthermore, this position must support the mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives of MWHC and demonstrates a commitment of quality service to our patients and their families, the community, the physicians, and our Associates.
