Job summary

Catapult Learning is hiring for part-time or full-time teachers to provide small-group instruction in ELA and math for K-8 students at partner schools in Missouri. The role focuses on diagnosing deficits, delivering prescribed methods, and coordinating with school staff.

Pay ranges from $32 to $35 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, monitoring progress, communicating with parents, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

  • Missouri teaching license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by Catapult Learning.
  • Consult with school personnel to coordinate services to students.
  • Communicate and conference with parents providing information on student progress.
  • Deliver prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company.
  • Attend training sessions and deliver designated instructional models and strategies in reading, mathematics, and/or writing.
  • Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Supervise students and escort to and from sessions.
  • Maintain student forms and files as required by the Company and agencies.
  • Attend meetings/trainings with Supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents as required.
  • Maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Reading and Math Small Group Instruction

Position Details
  • Teachers will provide instructional support to students in a small group setting for all k-8 students, focusing on ELA and mathematics.
  • Full-time hours available.
  • $32-$35/hr

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose learning skill deficits and delivers prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company

  • Consult with school personnel to coordinate efforts in providing services to students

  • Communicate and conference with parents providing information on student progress

  • Deliver prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company

  • Attend training sessions and deliver designated instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and/or writing skills to students through the utilization of Company-designed materials and educational strategies.

  • Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.

  • Ensure supervision of students, including escorting students safely to and from sessions.

  • Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies.

  • Attend and document meetings/training with Company Supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents as required by the Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies.

  • Maintain inventory of educational materials and supplies.

  • Other duties as assigned.
