You will create flexible programs and classroom environments that support learning and personal growth, while assisting the Principal in maintaining a superior educational atmosphere.

Responsibilities include planning instruction, delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and coordinating referrals and support services to help each student reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
• Criminal and employment background check required.
• Possession of valid teaching certification (if appropriate).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement an instructional program aligned with CSUSA goals.
• Develop purposeful lesson plans that maximize learning time.
• Present material to students with real-world examples.
• Assess student strengths and tailor activities accordingly.
• Refer students with suspected learning problems to appropriate staff.
• Prepare students for state-required achievement assessments.
• Keep current in subject matter knowledge and learning theory.
• Assist with curriculum revision and supplementary services.
