Edu-Aids is seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our Cincinnati, OH team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement IEPs, provide direct instruction in multiple settings, and adapt curriculum to meet diverse needs of students with disabilities.

You will collaborate with teachers, support staff and parents, monitor progress, maintain records, and participate in professional development to promote an inclusive, high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

Valid state certificate in Special Education (Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe).
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Provide direct instruction in various settings (one-on-one, small group, whole class).
