Edu-Aids is seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our Cincinnati, OH team immediately. The role focuses on developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities and delivering direct instruction in one-on-one, small group, and whole-class settings.

You will adapt curricula to diverse learning styles, collaborate with teachers, support staff, parents, and take part in ongoing professional development while maintaining accurate IEP records

to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment

students with disabilities.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction in a variety of settings, including one-on-one, small group, and whole class.
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate students’ unique learning styles.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP compliance.
• Participate in professional development and training as required.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Valid state certificate in Special Education (Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe).
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members.
