Community Consolidated School District 89 is seeking to hire an Intervention Aides for Westfield Elementary School. This position is five days a week, FTE 1.0. This Aide will support the needs of elementary school students for the 2026-2027 school year. Our Intervention Aide, along with our certified teachers, work to form positive learning experiences for students in assigned areas of study. The Intervention Aide specifically, will work with students individually and in small groups, helping them to attain their learning objectives and reinforce classroom lessons.

All non-certified staff that fall under the Support Professional Association "SPA" are placed on a salary schedule according to position and experience as part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The hourly range for this position is: $19.00-$22.75
Non-Certified staff experience 12 sick days and 2 personal days of paid time off. All full-time staff have the privilege of partaking in our health and dental insurance programs; these include 90% Board paid health insurance for the employee and 100% Board paid dental insurance for the individual staff member.
