Job summary

Language Services Associates, Inc. is seeking qualified interpreters to provide accurate audio and video interpretation through a web-based platform.

You will answer inbound calls promptly, deliver superior customer service, and strictly follow the Code of Professional Conduct and confidentiality standards. Preferred candidates have 1+ years of interpreting experience and industry certifications such as CMI or CCHI, with proficiency in English and Kurdish and one additional language such as

Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Kurdish, and Arabic or Persian.
• Proficiency with web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word.
• Access to a quiet, secure interpreting space free from outside noises.
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience (preferred).
• Industry certifications such as CMI or CCHI (preferred).
