Job summary

REES is seeking an Architectural Intern or Interior Design Intern to gain hands-on experience in architectural and interior design, project development, and construction documentation within a collaborative team.

The internship emphasizes developing presentation materials, 3D modeling, and research on materials, codes, and sustainability alongside senior architects and designers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an architecture or related design program.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Strong visual, technical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainable design principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects and designers in developing design concepts and preparing presentation materials
• Support the creation of detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and sustainability practices relevant to project development
• Participate in site visits and assist with on-site inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality
