Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. is seeking a civil engineering intern for a 12-week paid summer program. The role focuses on vertical structural design and real client projects in a collaborative environment.

You will work full-time Monday through Friday, assisting with building design, permit applications, and field visits, while gaining hands-on training with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Synchro.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree with a structural focus.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or Synchro is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building design.
• Assist with the preparation of local and state permit applications.
• Conduct field visits.
• Provide construction administration and support.

The Structural department is looking for a civil engineering intern to help work on various projects predominately focused on vertical structural design.

Our internship program is a 12-week paid summer program. We offer in depth work experience on real client projects in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position is full-time Monday through Friday.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Synchro is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment

The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
