As an intern, you will be paired with a mid‑to‑senior level employee who will serve as your mentor. This mentor/mentee relationship is designed to foster a supportive environment where you can candidly discuss your career goals and aspirations. Our one‑on‑one informal mentoring approach fosters the development of professional relationships that complement your academic learning, enriching your overall internship experience.

You will work on a variety of project types including higher ed utilities, healthcare, and industrial projects. These experiences will provide insights into the profession, collaborative teamwork, and serving the needs of our clients.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or a related engineering discipline.
• Anticipated graduation in 2028 or 2029.
• Completed or currently enrolled in Statics and Strength of Materials.
• Basic understanding of structural analysis and structural design concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary for this role is in the range of $XXX - $XXX * (Washington, Ohio and Illinois roles only)
