Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking interns for our Colorado Region. The program prepares you for leadership on and off the jobsite and offers hands-on experience in project engineering and field management.

Interns may work on jobsites or in the office across estimating and preconstruction divisions. Interns learn multiple career paths, with a pathway toward full-time employment after graduation, and receive benefits and professional development within a national

Qualifications

• Seeking a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• The ability to work a 12-week work schedule is preferred.
• Specific roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple career paths and be trained for full‑time employment after graduation.
• Assist project manager or field supervision staff with project coordination.
• Estimate costs for changes orders and assist in scope changes.
• Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
• Schedule contracts and materials to support project timelines.
• Maintain document control and project records.
• Coordinate subcontractors and safety management efforts.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate progress.
• Write RFIs and submittals, and assist in change orders.

• Participation in team meetings
