  • Handle diverse projects ranging from quantitative analytical tasks to writing or compiling presentations.
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn and use data visualization tools like Tableau to synthesize data and present findings.
  • Experience creative input and ownership of projects and observe the project review process by leadership.
  • Get exposure to multiple Bank business lines to understand operations.

Key Activities
  • Serves as a consultant to management by completing projects and preparing recommendations for improving current practices or implementing new programs.
  • Engages with emerging technologies, including opportunities to experiment with artificial intelligence tools and platforms as supplemental resource to enhance project outcomes and support innovation within the Bank.
  • Completes diverse projects within the Bank that range from quantitative analytical assignments, such as interpreting data to deliver meaningful insights and drive decision making, to creative tasks, such as writing or compiling presentations.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and capability to learn and utilize data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to synthesize large amounts of data, develop comprehensive reports and effectively present findings and/or recommendations.
  • Experiences a high degree of creative input and ownership of the various projects assigned along with seeing first‑hand the project review process by leadership.
  • Gains exposure to multiple business lines, allowing exploration of diverse aspects of the Bank's mission and developing a broad understanding of operations.
