Job summary

3M is seeking interns to tackle real challenges within the Consumer Business Group. You will participate in orientation, gain exposure to senior leaders, and work on meaningful projects that build project management, analytical and strategic skills.

The role emphasizes consumer insights, financial analysis, and marketing execution across multiple focus areas. Housing/transport stipends are provided to support your internship experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher
• Preferably pursuing Marketing or Business Analytics
• Completed a minimum of junior year (6 semesters)
• Current GPA 3.0+/4.0
• Completion of two required classes in the major, minor, or concentration

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work on projects representing real challenges faced by 3M’s business units within the Consumer Business Group.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training opportunities and gain exposure to senior leadership.
• Develop and demonstrate effective project management skills.
• Engage in focus areas such as consumer and market insights, financial analysis, strategy development, marketing content planning, and execution and measurement of marketing programs.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Preferably pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or Business Analytics.
• Completed a minimum of junior year (6 semesters) by the start of the internship.
• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Completion of two required classes in the major, minor, or concentration.

Training & Development
