Job summary

WellSpan Health in Carlisle, PA, seeks a full-time outpatient internist to join a collegial primary care team. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a patient mix across adults from young to seniors and modern clinical support.

The practice uses DAX ambient scribe and EPIC EHR to streamline note-taking, as WellSpan continues to invest in physician well-being and a top-rated workplace. Board-certified/eligible physicians are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred.
• Ability to work in a collegial, team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Join a collegial outpatient internal medicine team.
• Collaborate with 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers.
• Maintain great office hours: Mon–Fri 7:30 am–5:00 pm.
• Deliver care in a Top 10 recommended practice per Press-Ganey.
• Utilize Dragon ambient experience (DAX) during visits with EPIC EHR.
