Job summary

Jenkins Kia of Gainesville is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to engage customers by phone, email and text, generating appointments from our database and delivering exceptional service. You will respond to internet and telephone inquiries, present vehicles, and drive the sales process from first contact to delivery.

The ideal candidate is energetic, people-oriented and professional, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and to handle multiple inquiries with accuracy

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience required.
• Previous Internet Sales position at an automotive dealership preferred.
• Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls, as well as making outbound marketing calls.
• Experience utilizing Inventory and/or CRM systems.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Use our phone system to market to existing customers and prospects.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM system.
• Generate sales appointments.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representatives will spend the work day on the telephone and computer. The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional. He/She will respond to internet and telephone customer inquiries, and make outbound phone calls, emails and text messages. Generating appointments from our customer database is a main component of this position.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
