Salary starts at $25.48/hour; after training, full‑time agents typically earn between $78,900 and $96,400 annually, with uncapped commissions for overachieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and retention.
• Self-motivated with a drive to build a profitable business.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines as well as Life license.
• Competitive sales drive to meet monthly goals.
• Successful completion of a Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
• Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.
• Inspecting related documentation and resolving membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment.
• Multi‑tasking and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Working some evenings, weekends and holidays.
